We are proud to announce that our headmaster, Otis Wirth has been selected by Step Up for Students as a recipient of their Rising Stars Award. The Rising Stars Award is presented to schools, teachers, and administrators who share a vision and interest in students that is in line with the values of what Step Up supports. This is a prestigious statewide award.

Step Up is an organization that helps public education fulfill the promise of equal opportunity, through scholarships for low income tax children and scholarships for students with certain special needs. At MSPCS we accept Step Up, and many of our students are able to enroll in our school because of this valuable program.

Mr. Wirth will be honored tonight, February 8th at a formal Rising Stars Event at Christopher Columbus High School in Miami. Congratulations, Mr. Wirth! The students, teachers and staff, and families at MSPCS are blessed to have such a strong and kind leader.
