The early years are essential for brain development and early learning. Research studies show that a high-quality preschool experience with maximum teacher-child interaction improves a child’s school readiness. This helps children to become more successful, both academically and socially, in kindergarten and beyond.
MSPCS Preschool teachers make daily observation notes and they have found that students who attend on a part-time basis (three days or until noon) miss out on the essential teacher-child time, interrupting their learning potential.
For the 2018-2019 school year, we will no longer offer our part-time program.
